Q: What does a typical management schedule look like?

A: Our assistant managers typically work a rotating schedule which includes days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. This rotating schedule is important because it allows all of our managers to spend development time with the General Manager. A typical work week is 50 hours per week, but we strive to grant 2 days off in a row, and we try to write the schedules 4 weeks at a time. Our General Managers typically work 3 day shifts (7 am - 5 pm) and 2 mid shifts (9 am - 7 pm) per week. Our General Managers typically work 1 - 2 weekends per month.

Q: Is there opportunity for advancement?

A: Absolutely! At Pilot, we strongly believe that people are our most valuable asset. We invest a tremendous amount of time and resources into training and developing our people. How far you go with Pilot is truly up to you. Check out some of our success stories and testimonials!
