GRAND ISLAND (Neb.)--Today, Nebraska-based Bosselman Companies enters into a license agreement with Knoxville, Tenn.-based Pilot Travel Centers LLC, signaling the intent to use the Pilot Travel Centers brand at two Bosselman Travel Centers effective Feb. 1, 2005.

The two locations that will carry the "Pilot" marks are:
Bosselman Travel Center....I-80 and exit 300, Wood River, Neb.

This move brings all six Bosselman Travel Centers into the Pilot network, which now includes 260 travel centers in 38 states as well as 12 licensed locations, giving Pilot Travel Centers representation in 40 states.

Like the other Bosselman centers in Pilot's marketing network, these two locations will still be owned, operated, managed and branded Bosselman but also will carry the Pilot marketing brand, which allows Pilot customers to enjoy all of the benefits of the Pilot network at any of the six Bosselman Travel Centers.

The other Bosselman Travel Centers, which carry the Pilot marks effective June 1, 2004, are:
Bosselman Travel Center....I-80 and exit 312, Grand Island, Neb.

Bosselman Travel Center....I-80 and exit 107, Big Springs, Neb.
Bosselman Travel Center....I-70 and exit 252, Salina, Kan.

"Pilot's partnership with Bosselman Companies has been a major, mutual success – also benefiting our thousands of fleet customers, who have the convenience of using the Pilot marketing network at these high-volume locations," said Jimmy Haslam, president of Pilot Travel Centers LLC.

Charlie Bosselman, vice president of Bosselman Inc., agreed. "The market today continues to be very competitive and, as the largest travel center operator in the nation, Pilot has set the standard for fleet marketing.
